Jesse James stepping out on Sandra Bullock? I have 2 questions: What was he thinking? And what was she thinking marrying him??
There is a movement afoot asking for a 28th amendment to the US Constitution which states " The Senate and House of Representatives shall not approve any law that does equally apply to themselves as well". Sounds like a great idea to me....but has about as much chance of passing as term limits and tort reform.
Mo Cheeks was back in the Wachovia Center as an assistant coach for the Oklahoma City Thunder last night. Cheeks was a Philly sports icon and a good basketball coach who was ousted by the Sixers early last season. When is the NBA going to realize that John Wooden himself couldn't coach these millionaires with guaranteed contracts to play with the effort it takes to succeed?
It was probably a foolish prank with a grain of truth to it...but does anyone else think the prosecution of Susan Finklestein and her quest for World Series tickets was a waste of time and taxpayer dollars?
As opening day approaches...hope springs eternal. Even for emotionally beleaguered and abused Cubs fans. This could be the year!!
